With over 35 years of extensive experience in the banking sector, Mr. Yusuf Karsi has held various positions ranging from Specialist to Assistant General Manager in renowned organizations such as Demirbank, Demir Leasing (Turkey), Demir Kazakhstan Bank, KazInvestBank (Kazakhstan), and Aktif Bank (Turkey). He brings expertise spanning across Corporate and SME Banking, Trade Finance, M&A, and Project Finance, offering a wealth of knowledge in Investment Banking. Having initially gained experience in conventional banking, Mr. Karsi's journey has evolved into Islamic banking. Since 2013, he has held the position of CEO at Kazakhstan Ijara Company JSC, the first Sharia-compliant leasing company in Kazakhstan.
