Ms. Tatiana Dogan brings over 20 years of C-level international experience with a proven track record of innovative solutions and actionable turnaround plans. Proficient in planning, finance, organizational alignment, internal audit, compliance, risk management, and business process optimization, she has held leadership positions on the Management Board and Boards of Directors of numerous banks and financial institutions across Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. Ms. Dogan's career includes senior-level roles at prominent entities such as the American-Kyrgyz gold mining joint venture Jerooy Gold, Demir Kyrgyz International Bank, Commercial Bank Kyrgyzstan OJSC, and Ernst & Young. During her tenure as the Director of the Financial Planning and Risk Management Department and a member of the Management Board at Demir Kazakhstan Bank from 2004 to 2006, Ms. Dogan demonstrated her expertise in risk management and strategic planning. Subsequently, she joined BTA Bank JSC as a Risk Management Advisor to the Board of Directors in 2006. Ms. Dogan also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Şekerbank T.A.Ş. from 2007 to 2012 and as Advisor to the Chairman of the Board until 2018. Her contributions extended to various subsidiaries of Şekerbank T.A.Ş., where she held board membership until 2020. Ms. Dogan holds an MBA degree in Accounting, Audit, and Financial Analysis from the Kyrgyz State National University, as well as a Global Executive MBA degree from TRUIM—a program jointly offered by three world-renowned universities: New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business (NYU Stern), London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and HEC School of Management (HEC), Paris. Presently, Ms. Dogan serves as an independent director on the Supervisory Board of “Ipoteka-bank” MJSCB, Ijara Company Kyrgyzstan CJSC, Taiba Finance LLC. She joined the Board of Directors of Kazakstan Ijara Company JSC as an independent member in 2014, is the Chairwoman of the Internal Audit Committee and the Compliance Control Committee of the Kazakstan Ijara Company JSC.
