Dinmukhammed Mamytov holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Gazi (Ankara, Turkey). With over 20 years of experience in commercial banking, corporate finance, and investment management, he held various positions from credit analyst to head of the regional corporate finance department at Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan from 2002 to 2008. Additionally, he served as an Independent Board member at Deltabank (Neftebank) in Kazakhstan during this time. Dinmukhammed Mamytov also possesses expertise in M&A transactions, having been involved in one of the largest Oil & Gas transactions in Kazakhstan when the Korean National Oil Corporation (KNOC) acquired shares of a local producer at KASE in late 2009.
