More elaborated approach of Corporate Governance is that a code of regulations and systems adopted by a corporate organization’s Board of Directors (the Board or the BOD) which also incorporates statutory regulations and laws to ensure that the company is managed competently by the Board and its executive team to achieve its objectives efficiently providing optimum returns to its shareholders and stakeholders, serving the stakeholders and meeting the social objectives of the people.
