Adil Serikbayev has more than 18 years of professional experience in the banking and financial sector, including corporate banking, management of non‑performing loans, financial analysis, and sales development in the SME segment. Over the years, he has developed deep expertise in credit analysis, financial monitoring, debt restructuring, and support of leasing projects.
He has worked in leading Kazakhstani and international financial institutions, including Demir Kazakhstan Bank JSC, KazInvestBank JSC, ATF Bank JSC, as well as Kazakhstan Ijara Company JSC, where he held various managerial positions at different stages of his career.
Since 2018, Adil has continued his professional career at Kazakhstan Ijara Company JSC, where he is responsible for sales development, building strategic partnerships, attracting corporate and SME clients, and providing comprehensive support for leasing transactions.
Adil graduated from the Almaty University of Economics with a degree in International Economics and holds the qualification of an international economist. He is fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
